Does the Kyocera X-tc from Virgin Mobile come with a prepaid plan?

I know it has that plan where you can just talk and text but I was wondering if u could just get a card like with the tracfone to get your minutes. And if u got the prepaid plan is there a way you wouldn't have to pay online?
