Does The Kubert School (of Cartooning and Graphic Art) offer any degrees or are they vocational?

I want to know if The Kubert School, (formerly known as the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art), offer any degrees, or are they a vocational school?

And if they are vocational, is the school stll worth going to. Do they have strong connections, to enter into the business of comic books and cartooning.
