The MacBook I bought two years ago recently had to get a new hard drive because the old one died. I had my TV Shows/Music Videos/Movies in my iTunes because my iTouch only has 8GB, and I didn't want to waste space with TV Shows, etc. I probably won't watch on it. My laptop is like a new one now, because of the new replaced hard drive Apple installed. I did not have a Time Machine Backup or any other type of backup because my dad thought it was unnecessary. I wouldn't be really concerned if I only bought a couple episodes or something, but I had three or so *seasons* and a couple movies stored on iTunes. Also, how do I sync songs that haven't been purchased through my iTouch? I can only sync those, but that's not very many considering I have Home Sharing with my sister and usually buy on my computer. I'm really worried that everything I bought is lost--I spent a lot of money! I really appreciate any help!
