permission? I have a 30 day hold on my car because my fiance got stopped driving without a license. The car is under my sister's name, so she went down there and told them it was taken without permission. They asked if he was a relative, and if she filed a police report. Then they still wouldn't release it to her. It doesn't seem like they had much of a choice in the matter; since she told them he took it without permission I think they should of released the car to her. Are they allowed to do this?
