Does the HTC Touch Diamond 2 (T5353) clone have gps?

I have looked at the HTC touch diamond 2, and then at the T5353 clone model. The original says it has GPS, but the clone says it does not. Is this a hardware thing, or something that I can add with windows mobile? If so, what can I add? I have seen the clone with GPS on it also, but I didn't know if it was on all of them.
