I am sure this HOA has violated its own bylaws and it very very incompetant and is nothing more than a group of idiots with time on their hands, like most HOAs. The property management company has found a way not to give you the bylaws by making it extremely expensive ($150) -they are dishonest and unethical. I assume that I can go down to the county courthouse and see them and copy? Is a very dysfunctional HOA coupled with a dishonest property management company, I wouldn't be surprised if somebody wasn't getting paid under the table...
Does the HOA have to give you a copy of the bylaws?
