...the health care debate? The EPA is announcing that Carbon Dioxide is a health hazard, which will allow them to impose restrictions and guidelines on nearly every facet of the economy. These new regulations will not have to be passed or reviewed by Congress. This goes far beyond the original intent of the EPA. Anyone forecasting such a dramatic power grab when creation of the EPA was being proposed, would have been mocked as a "fear monger" and ridiculed for making such dire and sweeping predictions.

Today we are also considering turning over health care to the government. Can there be any doubt that government will eventually see this as a license to control anything and everything that can possibly be linked to health care, including "life style" choices?
