I am trying to breed my mollies and i'm wondering if an unreal environment would effect this. In my fish tank i have two Roman Architecture fish tank decoration, and the background of the fish tank is composed of a mixture of fake and live plants. I have a 55 gallon aquarium and ive been trying to breed them for a number of months thinking that they would breed naturally but nothing is happening. By the way I am positive that there is a mixture of both females and males, also there is more than enough mollies in the tank with a total of 10 in all.
Can someone give me advice on what im doing wrong.
Also are the unreal surroundings effecting them from breeding?
If there is any other thing that i am forgetting that may effect my fish from breeding it would be much obliged.
