Does the Droid Eris from Verizon have the VZW Tones Deluxe feature to buy ringtones?

I'm getting this phone within a week and in watching videos that show all the features and messing around a little on the in-store models, I didn't find it. Help?
 
It does not have VZW Tones Deluxe. It has much better options for getting ringtones via free applications that you can download free tones as much as you want.
