Does the Cingular branded E62 just suck balls?

Okay I know I'm behind the curve of most of you early adopters, but I got a Cingular branded E62...and this thing is far from a great symbian phone...anyone have anything redeeming to say?

Besides the lack of camera, the Cingular version doesn't let you install jack, so why wouldn't I just buy a regular phone? It has a keyboard...hoooray! I could type faster on my 6682. Is this just a cheap business phone in Symbian disguise?
 
i've never even used an E61/2 but i can definitely tell you that cingular's version sucks big donkey ...(fill in your explitive here). yeah, ever since i got my 6230b a few years ago, i never went back to branded phones. i'll pay the extra amount for freedom and resale value.
