H Helper New member Jun 7, 2010 #2 No the vibrate is a tiny weight that spins around rapidly. Most likely got damaged in the water.
G Gill New member Jun 7, 2010 #3 yes it do ,, there is cell in the battery that allows it to generate a power to vibrate, but if it wet then it will not perform normal.
