Does the ab lounge really work?

Me and my mom are going to put the ab
lounger together tonight and I just really
want to know if it works. I am really skinny
(girl) and have a bmi of 17.9 I just want my
stomache to look toned for track when I run
with shirts that show my stomache. Please
I need to know the facts?
