Does T-Mobile's unlimited texting plan allow picture/video messaging?

I am currently subscribed to a t-mobile family plan. Our plan has 2 lines but only my phone has unlimited texting which costs 15.99 a month. Does this plan have unlimited picture and video messaging as well?
