Does T-mobile charge tax and government fees for prepaid plans?

So, I want to get t-mobile's $15 per month unlimited text/$.10 per min prepaid plan, and I want to know if $15 on a prepaid credit/debit card would cover it. My question is Do they charge any fees and whatnot, or would $15 alone cover it?
