I am at the point of life where I have many issues, and lack of self esteem. I do not have religion to give me false hope, or spirituality which uses theories of Quantum Physics to show a mind over reality kind of purpose.
However, I know that the brain is capable of doing vast amounts of miraculous things such as Near Death Experiences by chemical induced nature. It may even be possible someday to live an entire reality in one's head, but that's not important now.
My question is, does subliminal flashing work? Can you flash words on your computer screen for 10 msec to 80 msec, and be effected by it, by making conscious decisions, based on subconscious choices? Has it worked for you? Is there any scientific proof highlight this? If so, what program do you use? I have Subliminal Flash Lite 2.1, but it only flashes words, and not pictures.
I guess I hope to be more effective for reality, instead of giving up, and being in the low's. Thank you.
