Does student government at Cal State Universities waive your tuition?

I think this is ridiculous but a person once told me that student government at California State Universities waive your tuition if you are an active officer. Now I don't believe this but I have served in student government at a community college and the work load can be somewhat ridiculous. So I want to know if its true or not, cause well if they do, I want to sign up.
