Does state law supercede a divorce decree?

I'll ask this question once more. I signed a divorce settlement in 1993 in the state of Pennsylvania. I agreed to pay child support until my daughter graduates college. Curtis v. Kline, 542 Pa. 249, 666 A.2d 265 (1995) seems to say it is unconstitutional for the court to order this. The question is, since a signed the papers drawn up by my ex-wife's attorney, am I stuck with paying child support in spite of the statute above. My payments are made directly to my wife and the amount was agreed upon by us. I just want to help my daughter directly and not support my wofe's lifestyle.
