*i posted something like this before but it didnt word it correctly* so heres my question, my brakes were grinding the day after spray painting my rims still attached to the tire ...at first i thought it was serious but on the way to the mechanic it stopped grinding i got it checked anyway & they said my rotors were scratched up from wear & tear but its still driveable just it makes noise. but now it doesnt make any noise, so that brought me to the conclusion that it was just the spray paint residue that grind itself off ?
does spray painting rims while attached affect rotor/brakes?
