I exercise about an hour a day. I have to divide up the exercise due to my work though.
I do 30 minutes of aerobics keeping my heart rate around 130 at 5AM.
Then, when I come back from work around 5PM, I do 30 minutes more of the same.
My question is, is it better to exercise for 60 minutes straight or is it acceptable to split them up like I'm doing? Am I lowering my endurance by splitting them up?
If I do 60 minutes straight, I'll either have to get up at 4:30 AM or I'll have to do the whole 60 minutes when I get back from work. Which for me would not be pleasant.
