If someone UNDER 18 is caught shoplifting, but NOT arrested or even taken to jail and are later forced to pay a fine does it show up on their record? Also would I have to state it in a job application?
The company that the store is affiliated with basically sent me a letter demanding I pay the fine or else I would be brought to court and forced to pay the fine.
