It depends, for some people it does and for some people it doesn't hurt. Usually it's not very enjoyable for the girl, but eventually if your partner is handling you well it should become more enjoyable with more experience.
 
it hurts like a ***** the first time. in fact i had to try three times. the third time, i got on top to control the movement and it was just uncomfortable when it finally went in...it even got pretty enjoyable near the end. good luck! (dont forget, you need LOTS of foreplay!)
 
Depends on the guy. If he is loving and caring it will hurt for a moment, but you will enjoy it. He is too rough and only wants to do it with you because you are a virgin it will hurt a lot because it will be fast since he is only going to try to please himself.
