Does sex feel the same to a woman after she gives birth?

So one of my friends is pregnant and her husband told her that after she gives birth, she will be "loose" and sex won't feel the same anymore. I don't know if he was serious but she's frantic about it because she doesn't want to be "loose" lol. Sounds weird but anyway, does it really feel different? Or the same or what happens exactly to the female private part after she gives birth?
