i was involved in a car crash where i was suspected of being under the influence due to a prior charge. i know exactly what i had to drink that night and know that there was a time period of 4 hours from my last drink to my blood test. i calculated about a .04. prior to the blood test, i was injected with sedation medication. does this have an affect on your bac?
