Does science agree with the Bible and Genesis?

Do you think science (any field ex. geology, biology, astronomy) is in basic agreement with the order of creation in Genesis1? Why or why not?
Nothing void First day: Let there be light (energy) Second day: God creates a firmament [Gen 1:6-7]—the second command—to divide the waters above from the waters below.
Third day: God commands the waters below to be gathered together in one place, and dry land to appear (the third command).[Gen 1:9-10] God commands the earth to bring forth grass, plants, and fruit-bearing trees (the fourth command).
Fourth day: God creates lights in the firmament (the fifth command)[Gen 1:14-15]
Fifth day: God commands the sea to bring forth living creatures, then creatures that fly[Gen 1:20-21]
Sixth day: God commands the land to bring forth living creatures (seventh command);[Gen 1:24-25] He then creates Man and Woman in His image. Here is an abridged and obviously simplified version of what I've learned in school and gleaned over the years... Nothing existed, then the Big Bang. Immediately after the Big Bang, the universe was very hot and as it cooled, pow...matter and antimatter. As these two collided and destroyed one another they created pure energy. I was taught in 7th grade that our planet was first a water planet, then a land mass (at first a super continent we call Pangaea). In high school I learned about prokaryotic cells and deep sea vents and that life formed first in the sea, then the air, then the land and that man is the most recent of all evolved creatures. Thing is I do not find Genesis inconsistent with what I have learned so far. I find this topic interesting and plan on studying it in more depth. Thanks for your thoughts on this subject.
