Does running and bicycling flatten your stomach?

Running and cycling are cardio activities that can burn fat, so you'll have a thinner midsection if you keep doing them and eat healthy. Crunches aren't effective because they only work the top layer of ab muscles. Pilates and dance warm up exercises are better for working all the tummy muscles and will also make you a better runner and cyclist.
 
there are a lot of core workouts you can do but i dont know about bicycling. if you want to run you need to swing your upper body when running and tighten your core. you can do swimmers or scissors. or you can get leg pushes with a friends help
