Does riding a bike make your legs feel better after 3 days straight of rigorous running?

Ok so I have been running 3 days straight on this paved trail thats 6 miles long and its a 1.5 mile walk to it which means 3 miles there and back, I run usualy 4.5 - 5 miles and walk the rest and my legs are in excruciating pain but I don't want to just do nothing today so if I rode my bike today would it help ease the pain and still give me a good cardio workout while resting my legs so I can start running again? Thanks

Whoaa.
I can't even run a mile!

Seriously, i haven't ran a mile in my entire life. At least, until I had to for gym.
When I first started running the mile, my legs would feel HORRIBLE after.
Nothing works better then just taking a day off.
You'll definitely still feel the strain on your legs if you bike. My advice just don't excercise today. Chances are, no matter what you do you'll still hurt your legs.
