Does Repossession ruin a business?? What happens in Nevada?

If you are a contractor in Nevada and have some of your fleet repossessed what happens? Do you lose your license? Does the creditor sue you? Is your life as a Sub contractor ruined??
 
Repossession does not ruin your business. Ruining your business causes repossession. The creditor most likely WILL sue you. Your reputation is trashed. If YOU were a general contractor, and had a choice, would YOU hire a sub contractor that didn't pay their bills?
