Does regular sex cause spotting before periods?

I recently just became "sexually active".
Active as in at least twice a day?
I'm on birthcontrol, I take it twice a day instead of once because I cannot use condoms, I'm allergic to the plastic and I can't find a place in New Jersey that sells hypoallergenic ones. And because neither my boyfriend's or my own parents know, I can't ask for them.

So obviously I don't let him cum inside, or even leak pre, I'm a tad paranoid. I tell him to pull out.

But now I'm spotting, and it's normally my "heavy flow" day, is it because of the sex?
 
First of all, you should not be taking your birth control more than once a day. That could cause some major health problems. You need to go to planned parenthood and get educated. It's confidential so your parents won't find out. But you need to stop having sex until you are educated. And taking the birth control like you are is very dangerous, and probably not helping. you have to take it properly in order to not get pregnant.
