I have been into menopause for 4 months now and my hot flashes were not extremely bad but very uncomfortable so I had asked on yahoo about anything that I can do to reduce the hot flashes. One person commented on refined sugar so I had decided to change my 1500 calorie diet to a low carb diet, now I don't know if it is because of the diet (hoping it is) or because our Texas weather finally went from 100 degrees to the low 90's and 80's. My hot flashes are gone. I am doing this naturally and refuse to be put on any drugs. I am virtually symptom free, I hope.
