Does red lobster own olive garden?

I got take out from olive garden and the bread was wrapped in red lobster paper.

they are under the same umbrellaa called Darden Restaurants.

Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze and Olive Garden are all owned by the same company.

They are probably owned by the same franchise. If you got olive garden wrapped in Red Lobster paper it was to either let you know they were with the same franchise, just like Red Lobster wrapped in olive garden (or they were out of paper and had to borrow.)just kidding.
