Does radon bio-accumulate in food? (Garden-grown)?

Does anyone know or have a link to any proof as to whether there is a bio accumulation affect of vegetables grown in dirt that is high in radon? Radon is a gas, so I would say no, yet it seems strange they would be free of it.
