does ps3 40gb play games the same speed as other ps3s?

i was wondering if i buy gta 4 on the ps3 40gb will load at the same speed as the 80gb,or 60gb, and i was wondering will it have all the same cars and motor cycle all the way to boats and helicopters.....
and what about the guns to.
