How long should I leave it in for - 2 min? - and how much water should I put in - 1/2 cup?
Also, will it still keep the nutrients if I have it in soup that I'm pressure cooking - covered in beef broth (for like 15 min.)?
I have a rack that I could put it on while I have most of the rest of the soup underneath if that would help?
