Does Power Chat cost money?

On my E8 Rokr Motorola phone, I went to T - Zones and went to Community. There, I clicked on chat and then to PowerChat. It's pretty fun saying random things there while wasting time. But I need to know before continuing - does it cost money???

Any help will be appreciated.
