does php come free with hosting?

what is it anyway? and is there another way to get people to email you through your flash website ?
 
Majority of hosting companies have php enabled servers. PHP is free open source program.

No, there is no othe safe way receive email through your website. Any script would do emailing such as; asp, php. cgi, perl, etc.
