I took a picture of my sister on her balcony, but I didn't like the background. I know that photoshop CS 2 & CS 3 permitts you to alter the background of a picture, but that software may be a bit sophisticated for me at my stage. So, I'm thinking about purchasing photo elements, but being able to alter the background is a very important feature to me.
