Does Obama think he can really over ride the constitution again?

Basically all it could be at best interpreted as is that he could pay the debt only by taking it out of other government spending and shut down other government functions.
 
He thinks he can do whatever he wants, the constitutional lawyer in him believes he knows better then the supreme court, remember he chastised the supreme court once, now he just snubs them.
 
Bingo! here's your cigar.. the Republicans know that by the constitution.. the debt has to be paid.. no matter what.. so they are forcing Obama to take it out of America's hide, vs raise taxes and take it out of the wealthy's pocket change jar.
 
Obama doesn't realize that he needs to slow down his work and watch his tone. Our government was made to take legislature slow and steady to examine it and make sure it was right. Now pass things over night or the day before like Sasha and whatsherface. I wouldn't be surprised if this was Obama in a few short months.

I don't know what you mean by "again", since Obama hasn't done what you claim in the first place.

But this seems to be the same point that Republicans make when they claim that the country won't default on August 2, because they could just close down other functions of the government and use that money to pay the bills.

Geitner is already using the retirement funds of federal employees to make the payments and replacing that money with IOUs until Congress gets its act together. It just seems to be another shell game.
