..he (Obama) wants to criminalize you if you do not have the money to pay for his Mandated Insurance...which is Estimated at $2,500 a year in fines if you don't get insurance. This is a TAX of more than $200 a month.... Actually Insurance policies would actually Double that amount for a family of two…My husband and I pay $600 a month already....IS this a WAR on the MIDDLE Class?
Spock, I only watch Fox...but it begs the question...for the Libs sake.
Solar...very well named.....
....Kinda speachless because I have 30 years in the Healthcare Business...and YOU just as Obama do not Know what your talking about....trust me !

No the war on the Middle-Class started on Jan 20, 2001. We are still reaping the course of the Bush Crime Era. Obama on the other hand; isn't punishing but promoting a better methodology of our current health care plan that has 60% to 70% of bankruptcies in this country stemming from medical bills. The cost can can be reduced with other measures of added competition; and not paying $100 for an aspirin that worth $0.50; or wheel chairs manufactured for $200.00 but billed to the government for $1,400.00.

Sen. Orrin Hatch [R- Utah] pointed out last week that the proposed individual tax or fine is likely unConstitutional.

If it is a tax, it runs afoul of Article 1, Section 9 which prohibits the Federal government from laying any direct taxes which are not apportioned among the various states according to the most recent census.

If it is a fine, it does not fit within the scope of the interstate commerce act; individuals will continue to be prohibited from buying health insurance across state lines and the size of the tax is so minuscule that it does not impact interstate commerce at all.

Thus, such a tax or fine would be a right that belongs only to the individual states and the Federal government could not coerce them into levying it under a Supreme Court ruling of about 15 years ago.
