Does Obama consider having car insurance a "right" also?

Most people need to drive to get to work to support the shiftless so why isn't car insurance a right?
Where in the Constitution does it cover the right to be treated for physical ailments? Nowhere.
 
I doubt if he considers car insurance a right. However, it is a RESPONSIBILITY for those who drive a car. Also, it is a state issue, not a federal one, so Obama probably doesn't have an official position on the subject.
 
You can take the bus, taxi, bike or walk to work. You can DIE without access to health care. Two VERY different things.
