I've been waking up with these killer headaches lately, and I've been wondering why they suddenly started. Then I remembered that I haven't worn my retainer in a while (almost a week). So I throw on my retainer before I go to bed feeling like I cracked the mystery.
Instead, I wake up 4 hours later, freezing, and with a throbbing headache. I feel like utter crap at this point, like I just caught the flu. So I take some medicine, and over the next few hours my temperature goes down, but then I start getting really hot, to the point where I'm just sweating profusely.
As I'm typing this, my headache is almost gone, but I'm still sweating. I feel tired because I only got about 4 hours of sleep, but aside from that I'm okay. Should I be worried about any of these symptoms?
