No.

Neosporin contains Bacitracin, Polymyxin B and Neomycin, none of which are sulfonamides.

My GP told me that 80% of the population is allergic to Neosporin and doesn't have a clue. I don't use it anymore. I had an allergic reaction (dermatitis) to it while trying to treat an infection caused by fire ant bites. It made the infection worse and I had to get on 2 types of antibiotics.

I don't know why my doctor would make that statement if it weren't true. He could have been exaggerating the % a bit ????

A lot of people are allergic to neosporin. Doesn;t mean it has sulfa in it though. My doc recommenRAB polysporin instead of neosporin.
