My mom just came to America in July 2010, she is now living in Maryland. She wants to get a driver license; however, because there's no Vietnamese version so she plans to take the test in other state. As I know, even she has her driver license in other state, when she goes back to Maryland, she has to take the written test in Maryland again.
Does anyone know if there is any state in which you don't have to retake written test when you move to other state?
