Does my friend like me? I need opinions!?

Well all in 2010 I been there for him and about the only that has been there for him besides his family. Tonight he had called me before he went to bed and we talked for an hour and 10 minutes. He kept teasing me about stuff of back in the day, including a boyfriend that I had back then. I told him that's messed up that he had to bring him up and all he did was laugh at me. I'd get quiet on him and he'd question what I'm doing and ask me what time I'm going to sleep and asking what I'm going to do after we hang up. It was a great conversation. It's been years that I have talked to a guy on the phone for more then an hour. Could there be something there on his end?
I know I'm beautiful from my heart, he knows it too that's why he stayed on the phone with me for so long!
