It has enough activity to have a magnetic field, but the volcanic activity is so small that Mercury's atmosphere is blown away by the solar wind. The Earth is slowly losing hydrogen from the top layers of the atmosphere because the solar wind is strong enough and magnetic enough to "boil off" hydrogen and hydrogen ions.

Doesn't look like it... And even if it once DID, its proximity to the Sun- probably would've "boiled" most of it away... -It'd be a GREAT place to get a "quick" tan, though !!!
