ejaculation,masturbating 3 times a wk;for 7 yrs? Im 23, and if i dont masturbate for very long (i hadnt masturbated for 4 weeks till last night), then i get a wet dream. Is that normal, and is it related to premature ejaculation in anyway? I've been masturbating for 7 years now, im 23 and a virgin. I play sports off and on, and do exercises. I'm afraid of premature ejaculation.

Also, I want to start doing Kegel exercises. Do i need to buy any thing for it online? Plz help...

Yes, masturbation does prevent premature ejaculation. If you flog the dolphin twice a day I guarantee you'll gain some serious stamina. Flog it five times a day and you won't be able to ejaculate at all when having sex.

Kegel exercises are for women. You don't have those muscles.
