does maplestory GM only work with maplestory private server?

Hi everyone,
i am wanting to be an GM on maplestory but i dont know how tocan anybody tell me how to?
does it only work with maplestory private server?
if you can help out it will be great!!!
 
Well the only problem is you hav to make the server yourself, be friends with the maker or like to those gm application thingys o and btw it only works for private servers unless ur like completely friends with nexon or yeah.
