Does Macy's Employee Pre Paid Card Give you a monthly statement?

I just started working there, and in the training they explained that you get charged full price at the time of the purchase but that each month you get 20% of the value of your purchases refunded to your prepaid card.

Now I hope you can help me with a question. How long did it take for you to get your card after you filled out your forms? I want to do some shopping for decent black clothes to wear to work, and I am wondering how long I will have to wait in order to get a discount. Thanks.
 
I have a macy's employee pre paid card... I added $45 to it today and I purchased two items seprate. The first one was a blanket...at my store they say we get a 20% discount but when I bought the blanket with the card it only gave me 15% (so it says on the receipt) then i proceeded to buy some clinique clarifying lotion and the woman serving me said that the discount wouldn't show up in the price but on my statement. and I'm wondering do i even get a statement with a prepaid card? and if I didn't get my discount off the clinique then how will I get it now? The price of the clinique was 20.00 and the total came to 21.95 with tax so I know I didn't recieve my discount. was there a mistake made?? I'm just curious if anyone has experienced the same problem. I will gladly ask about it at my work but I was just wondering if it was something I could clear up on here before I go making a big deal out of it. Thanks.
