Does Mac OS X 'Leopard' have a application similar to Window's paint?

They are in the downloadables of the apple section called paintbrush.

no but paintbrush is just as good, you can get it from apple's download section on their website

not sure. But with Leopard, you might as well put Win XP on it too... save yourself some trouble!
