Does loving others well give encouragement and a safe environment?

...does loving well...mean you give others a place whereby you all can enjoy free expression of who you are and growing within a safe environment that encourages you even when you fail?

does Love encourage, build others up , and most of all does it overlook others faults?
Does loving others mean we give others this priviledge? Or does Love beat people down, making others feel defeated? Does letting go of unrealistic expectations mean you become a greater encourager? Which becomes someone else's greatest friend? People can merge better with new confidence and love for you, can't they when this is in practice?
 
Probably. But there has to be a system made first to 'remove' the current denizens of the planet who thrive on hate (w/c there is a lot of!).

Start the 'love' from then on.
