Not until after passing the trials and tribulations in which the tears will be from sadness not joy. After God is done testing the person's allegiance and rewards the person, then the person will experience tears of joy.
Those who practice love and kindness will be attacked by those lost to the devil, this is how God puts the true followers through tests. Eventually he finishes testing you and then you are protected from any more of their attacks and your rewards are given.
